5. You can now order each of the eight CD titles and book directly from Amazon.com.

Compact Discs: $12.00
SPECIAL OFFER: All 8 CD's for $80.00!

LP's: $10.00 each.

Book: $17.95 each (also available from Amazon.com)

Payment:

All orders must be prepaid in full; no COD.

1. You may pay with a Visa or MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card, personal check (USA only), or Money Order in US funds. Please note $10.00 returned check fee.
2. International orders must be paid by credit card only.
3. If you would like to pay by check or money order, please send it to the above address with a completed order form.

Taxes:

All orders being shipped to a California address are subject to a sales tax of 8.25%. Alameda County please add 8.75%.

Shipping charges:

We charge $4.00 shipping per mailing address. Please call us for shipping rates for LPs, or for Canada or Overseas destination.
